What is photobiomodulation?

Low-level laser therapy is a form of medicine that applies low-level lasers or light-emitting diodes to the surface of the body. Whereas high-power lasers are used in laser medicine to cut or destroy tissue, it is claimed that application of low-power lasers relieves pain or stimulates and enhances cell function.

What are the differences between our two devices?

Our Neuradiant 1070 device offers the user set programs and also customisable settings if the user wishes to change the pulse rate, intensity and duration of time the device runs. Our Neuradiant 1070 4 Quadrant device comes with the added optionality to control each quadrant of the helmet to therefore target specific brain areas. Our 4 quadrant device also comes with 3 months consultation which includes a detailed questionnaire to understand the medical background of a patient, multiple zoom calls and assessments and recommended settings and on-going consultation with the device.

What is the Difference of the 810nm and 1070nm?

The 810nm was the original wavelength used in multiple trials but recent studies have shown the 1070nm to potentially be more effective. Read more here.

How often does the device need to be used?

We usually recommend that the device is used every day, or at least 5 times per week. This may vary from individual to individual so you will receive more information on the initial consultation.

Can the device cause issues if used too much?

There is a biphasic response, so using the device too much may cancel out the benefits. Please make sure to follow the instruction guide or the advice of your Neuronic clinician.

This form is for those who have either just a 1 hour consultation that comes with every purchase or starting the 3 month consultation. Is this therapy FDA approved?

Red light therapy devices have been FDA approved for a growing list of things including acne treatment, anti-aging, hair-loss and regrowth, pain relief, fat loss, etc., so the therapy has been proven to be safe and effective over and over again. Red light therapy is not yet approved for brain health – we are currently working with the FDA to submit the relevant research. 

Can it be used on children?

Yes - it is safe for children, however the helmet may need to be adjusted to fit correctly, please ensure you apply the fixation sponges to the inner-side of the helmet to achieve a snug fit. Always consult a medical professional and take medical advice.

Can it be used on pregnant women?

Yes however we strongly suggest you consult a medical professional and take medical advice.

Can it be used if the person has cancer?

There is limited data at this stage to make a conclusive recommendation. So the current advice is to not use red light therapy when there is a tumor present.

What shipping methods are available?

All orders are offered with our standard delivery. The shipping time will vary based on the destination country the device will be shipped to. Rest assured that our devices are well packaged with foam padding and a specific travel case to reduce shock when being shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we are able to ship to any country or region in the world however the shipping time will vary accordingly to each location.

What payment methods are accepted?

Currently we are accepting either credit/debit cards or Paypal transfers. All transactions made on the site are safe and secure to allow you to choose your preferred payment method.

Do I have to pay anything to return my items?

No, if you are unhappy with your item or you need to return it for any reason simply post it to us and take a picture of your receipt to be reimbursed for the delivery.

What is your guarantee?

We provide you with 80% of the original cost of the device if you are unsatisfied with the device within the first 3 months. If this is the case please contact us directly at team@neuronic.online and we will be able to solve any problems. Should there be any fault or other issue with the device please also contact us and we can issue you a full refund.
