The Health Optimisation Summit was the largest event for health optimisation which happened last June 17-18, 2023 in London, United Kingdom.
Connecting with Like-Minded Individuals
This event was attended by 35 world-leading speakers. Among the notable names were Jim Kwik, renowned for his expertise in accelerated learning and memory improvement, Teemu Arina, a well-known advocate for biohacking, James from Thor, an expert in performance enhancement, and Tim Gray, a leading voice in functional medicine and health optimization. These speakers captivated the audience with their knowledge, experience, and practical strategies for optimizing various aspects of life.

Over the course of the summit, attendees were exposed to a wealth of game-changing secrets and strategies. Sessions delved into topics such as psychedelics, meditation, nootropics, flow states, psychological health, gut and liver optimization, fertility and hormones, functional medicine, heavy metal toxicity, EMFs, epigenetics, cold thermogenesis, light therapy, and much more.
