This refund page describes our policies and procedures on our warranty, returns and eligability.

Refund and Warranty Policy

100% or 80% Money back within 3 months (as of November 1st 2024)
Refund Eligibility:
  • The refund policy is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.
  • The device must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, cases, and boxes.
  • The device must be in good condition without any signs of major wear and tear.
  • The device must have been purchased on the official neuronic website neuronic.online.
  • 100% Refund Applies to the US, Canada & European Union Countries Only.
  • 80% Refund Applies to all other countries outside of the mentioned above.
  • Our return policy is only valid for your first device purchase with Neuronic. You are not eligible for a refund if further devices are purchased.
  • Bulk orders are only eligible for an 80% refund on the first bulk order, following orders do not have the same eligibility to be returned in a 90-day window.
Refund Amount:
  • If you wish to return the product within the 90-day period, you are eligible for an 80% refund of the purchase price.
  • The refund is calculated based on the helmet price, after discounts, if applicable.
  • The cost of the consultation package is $795. This includes 3 sessions, therefore costing $265 per session. You are entitled to a refund of 80% of each session that was not used within the 90-day period.

    NOTE: Products purchased before November 1st 2024 are still only entitled to our previous 80% money-back guarantee.

Neuronic Device Warranty

Warranty Coverage:

Duration: The warranty period for all Neuronic Devices is 12 months from the date of purchase which are made on the Neuronic Website.
Warranty Claims: If your device has a problem caused by faulty materials or workmanship within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the device, at our discretion, free of charge.

Warranty Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover damages caused by:
  • a. Misuse, abuse, or improper handling of the device.
  • b. Accidental damage, such as drops, impacts, or liquid exposure.
  • c. Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • d. Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damages. e. Damage resulting from failure to follow the product instructions or guidelines.
Warranty Process:
To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
  • a. Contact our customer support team if you encounter any problems with your device through this link: Support Form
  • b. Our support team will guide you through the troubleshooting process, if applicable.
  • c. If the issue cannot be resolved, we may request that you return the device to us for further assessment.
  • d. If the defect is determined to be covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the device and return it to you free of charge (within the USA and EU).
Non-Warranty Repairs:
If your device requires repair or replacement due to reasons not covered by the warranty, we offer a paid repair service. Our customer support team will provide you with further details and applicable costs for non-warranty repairs. Order Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellations are subject to a 95% refund to cover the transaction fees.
