Our story
Neuronic's story began with a simple observation: the incredible impact of light on alleviating Parkinson's symptoms, witnessed by co-founder Liam Pingree during his time on Wall Street. Inspired by a viral video showcasing light therapy's potential, Liam's fascination grew over the years, especially during the pandemic when remote work allowed for deeper exploration. Teaming up with co-founder Marvin Schönauer, they set out to revolutionize wellness solutions through light therapy. Their shared vision was to develop devices that enhance lives naturally.
This journey sparked curiosity about light therapy's potential, leading us to dive into extensive research and user-focused engineering. The goal was to refine the concept into a validated device, making relief more accessible to those in need. With a commitment to scientific standards and improved accessibility, Neuronic was born. Today, Neuronic devices are already positively impacting countless individuals, but this is just the beginning. Our dedicated team remains committed to innovating cutting-edge solutions, ensuring light therapy reaches more and more people worldwide

Neuronic, a multi-national company focused on light therapy technology, and Santa Clara University (SCU) in Silicon Valley, has announced a partnership to develop a research project to study photobiomodulation (PBM) guided by real-time brain activity, which will be led by Dr. Julia A. Scott and Dr. Sally Wood.
Light Therapy Alleviates Long COVID Brain Fog Symptoms.
Dr. Robert Bowen and Dr. Praveen Arany led an open-label, proof-of-concept clinical study, entitled “Use of Either Transcranial and Whole-Body Photobiomodulation Treatments Improves COVID-19 Brain Fog“ which examined the efficacy of two photobiomodulation devices for improving Long COVID symptoms, specifically brain fog and general fatigue.
